RC Women's Triduum at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Norwood, OHio

- Our Triduum of Renewal for women in Greater Cincinnati is for Regnum Christi members only and will be held in person. THIS IS A SILENT retreat and follows the Ignatius Spiritual Exercises. In order for us to have this in-person retreat at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Norwood, Ohio, we appreciate your cooperation in following COVID19 guidelines.
  
  What to expect at the retreat center:
  
  We have the capacity to accommodate 36 retreatants.
  
  Adequate space will be allowed for social distancing during meditations and meal times.
  
  Our COVID questionnaire is required to be completed a few days prior to arrival -- see link below.  This questionnaire will NOT be collected, but is intended for each woman to ask herself to determine if she is at risk or will put others at risk.
  
  Temperature is to be taken prior to entering the retreat facility, if it is over 100 then you may not enter.
  
  Masks must be worn at all times, the only exceptions are when you are in your room, eating, or outside.
  
  Social distancing must be maintained.
  
  Should you have to cancel due to illness of you or a family member there will be a full refund issued.  Please notify us immediately as we will likely be managing a waiting list.

  4-DAY SPIRITUAL EXERCISES FOR WOMEN

  Thursday, March 18, to Sunday, March 21, 2021
  
  Where: Our Lady Holy Spirit Center
  5440 Moeller Ave, Norwood, OH 45212
  
  Who: MEMBERS ONLY: Any Regnum Christi woman member, at least 18 years of age, is welcome to attend this retreat.
  
  Cost: The cost of $400 includes all meals and overnight accommodations. (dinner is NOT served on Thursday evening and lunch is NOT served on Sunday). Upon cancellation, $50 is non-refundable.
  
  Time: Rooms will be available after 5:00 PM on Thursday. Please plan accordingly and arrive no later than 6:00 PM to benefit from all information needed. The retreat will end after noon Mass. Each retreat room includes a sink, desk, nightstand and bed. Individual showers are located in the shower rooms.

  RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
  I release and waive, and further agree to indemnify, hold harmless or reimburse RC Activities, Inc. and Consolidated Catholic Administrative Services, Inc, the individual members, agents, directors, officers, employees, volunteers and representatives thereof, as well as activity supervisors, from and against, any claim which I, any parent or guardian, any sibling, or any other person, firm or corporation may have or claim to have, known or unknown, directly or indirectly, for any losses (including attorneys' fees incurred by RC Activities, Inc. and Consolidated Catholic Administrative Services, Inc., or any of its individual employees, agents, volunteers, etc. in enforcing this indemnity provision) without limitation in time or amount, damages or injuries arising out of, during, or in connection with my participation in the activities, the travel to and there from, and the rendering of emergency medical procedures or treatment, if any.  I understand that this release and indemnification shall survive the end of my participation in the activities referenced on this form and shall have no limitation in time or amount.
  
  ASSUMPTION OF COVID-19 RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
  By completing my registration, I acknowledge [for myself and/or my child(ren)] the highly contagious nature of COVID-19, as well as its potential to cause infection, illness, injury, permanent disability, and death.  I voluntarily accept and assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting / participating/attending the above named event operated by RC Activities, Inc. I further accept [for myself and/or my child(ren)] and assume the risk that such exposure or infection may result in my [my child(ren)] personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death.  RC Activities, Inc. cannot prevent you [for yourself and/or your chlld(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while visiting/participating/attending the above named event.  It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease.  Therefore, if you [for yourself and/or child(ren)] choose to visit / participate/attend the above named event you  [for yourself and/or your child(ren)] may be exposing yourself [your child(ren)] to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
  
  I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may be increased as a result of the actions, omissions, and/or negligence of RC Activities, Inc., including its independent contractors, agents, vendors, guests, and employees.
