"FORMATION Pathways" - Integral Formation

With the Regnum Christi renewal, our "Promises to Christ" have been modified to more clearly reflect the Five Elements of Life in Regnum Christi: Spiritual life, Formation, Apostolate, Personal Accompaniment and Team Life.  

These promises call each of us to consciously accept our "baptismal vocation to holiness and apostolate according to the charism of Regnum Christi," and to give ourself to Him in our state and condition of life so that He may reign in our heart and in society (see RC Rule of Life 16-17).

As we reflect more deeply on each one of these elements and truly understand and integrate our promises to Christ into our lives, we will more fully live our mission to seek and make present "the mystery of Christ who goes out to people, reveals the love of His heart to them, gathers them together and forms them as apostles and Christian leaders, sends them out and accompanies them as they collaborate in the evangelization of people and of society" ( SRCF 8).

RCSpirituality.org offers a Study Circle designed to be used either as a personal reflection or as a group study.  Each session allows for time to read and reflect upon one of the "Promises to Christ."  We are also encouraged to finish each session or promise by writing down a personal resolution that will help us to integrate into our daily life the wisdom discovered in that promise. These personal resolutions become our personalized commitment, which we review (silently) during our weekly Encounter with Christ.
