Our Desire for God, the Starting Point for Discipleship
We continue our Monthly Retreat Series, entitled
From Disciple to Apostle: the Five Elements of Life in Regnum Christi with a mediation and reflective talk on Spirituality -- the first of the five elements. These elements apply to all Christian disciples, not just to Regnum Christi members.
Our meditation this month is by Jacquie Lustig, Consecrated Woman of Regnum Christi who works with our youth and supports the ECYD Section. The reflective talk is by Janet Lees, lay Catholic woman of Regnum Christi, spiritual director, coordinator of spiritual direction for RC Greater Cincinnati, and a member of the
RC LifeTeam to assist our Spiritual Directors across RC North America.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS:
What are you looking for? What is your heart's desire?
Why is paying attention to our deepest desires in prayer important?
Why is it so difficult to pay attention to our desires? What are the obstacles?
What is the different between desires and disordered desires?
How can our passions and burdens help us to find our mission?
What prayer practices can I begin to help lead to long-term self knowledge, discernment and growth in my spritual life?
