Online Course For Young Women: Discover Your Personal Mission

 Welcome to this quest of discovering the GIFT and the MISSION you ARE!

5 online sessions for 5 weeks in a row, every Tuesday starting on October 22nd and ending on November 19th from 7:30-8:30pm EST. We will do the SHAPE process coined by Erik Rees, enriched and developed by psychological, spiritual and coaching content. 

Each of the 5 sessions are live but will also be recorded. They will include:

• 30-40 minutes of content
• 20-25 minutes of small group discussions
• Missionary Checklist: assignments that will include readings, assessments and/or questions of reflection

SESSION 1: Spiritual Charisms

You will learn the difference between a human talent and a Spiritual Charism and keys to discern your Spiritual Charisms.

You will discover your spiritual charisms based on the St. Catherine of Siena Institute’s Gifts Inventory.

You will understand what they are and how they can manifest in your daily life.

SESSION 2: Heart & Emotional Intelligence

You will appreciate the desires of your heart as clues God gives you to discover your mission in life.

You will understand the difference between reacting and responding and learn keys for emotional self-mastery at the service of your mission.

SESSION 3: Abilities and Personality

You will learn to see your talents in the right order: as gifts at the service of your mission, freeing yourself from the pressure of being defined by them.

You will be introduced to the Motivation Code and the Working Genius assessments to help in your discernment of your greatest motivations and human potentials in life.

SESSION 4: Experiences

You will understand how mission and vision always flow from your own sufferings, wounds and failures.

You will complete the Historical Me Chart, a tool created to give you a vision of how all your experiences have transformed you into the person you are and empower you when facing challenges in your life.

SESSION 5: Conclusion and Mission Statement

By the end of the course, you will be enabled to complete your own mission statement, giving you a clearer vision of who you are meant to be for this world.
