Logistics

Fees:  Our fees include use of all buildings and grounds and recreational equipment (except as noted in contract).  Fees are kept as low as possible.  We offer rates for day use only, for overnight retreats, and week-long camps.  For other needs or for rates, please direct inquires via email: [email protected].  
Insurance:  Tenants must provide their own comprehensive general liability and property liability insurance and name the Camp River Ridge as an additional insured on its coverage for the dates of the event as specified in the Rental Agreement.  Occupancy may not occur until proper documents are received.  Campers must have their own medical insurance and are responsible for any and all medical costs incurred as a result of an injury.  All youth event administrators are required to ensure all adults 18+ are Safe Environment Certified and background checked.  Tenant will provide at least one qualified lifeguard who shall be on duty when the lake is open to swimmers. 
Meals: Most groups prepare meals on site with parent volunteers.  If you would like to arrange with a local food service to provide meals, or deliver groceries you may do so outside of rental fees.
